Methodology
Long experience in the field of training enables us not only to devote the utmost attention to what we impart, but also to the way in which we impart it. We are constantly innovating and updating our methods, in order to provide the student with a solid education with which to enter into the world of business.
The international educational style is at once creative and considerate of the cross cultural demands which a multi-national student body requires. We seek to first provide and then develop all the skills inherent in a good manager. To this end, all subjects are structured paying strict attention to both theoretical and practical sessions. Students are required to solve cases, inside and outside the classroom, and to present their results for scrutiny and discussion by lecturers and classmates. One of the principal virtues of the programme is the diversity of experience, professional responsibility and specialisation of our lecturers.
THEORETICAL-PRACTICAL TRAINING
The practical application of concepts presented in the classroom facilitates greater assimilation. Consequently, as a complement to classroom work, visits are organised to companies, classes are taught off campus and theoretical-practical demonstration of new product are given.
TEAMWORK
Today's business world demands a commitment to teamwork from the individual and this demand is reflected La Salle methodology. Co-existence, co-operation and communication are given the highest priority in all aspects of our educational programme and practical sessions undertaken on the course are specifically designed to strengthen this philosophy and style of work. |
